Medical insurance is the responsibility of each player or team. Please make sure that you are covered by some form of medical insurance, as this is not provided by the tournament.

Fees will be 250 CHF per team. Payable to Touch Switzerland bank account 2 weeks before the tournament:

Please provide your own lunches, snacks and drinks. There is a service station close to the venue that sells basic food.

We will have full time referees but will need player referees as well. We expect each team to provide 2 player referees only for two games. If possible referees should be there by 10.00 am for the referee briefing.

Showers and changing rooms are available on the premises.
Reminder on Footwear: The surface is Grass. If the grass fields are not available because of rain, we will play on the synthetic.
Moulded studs, blades or normal training shoes only.
Remember to remove jewellery and watches.
No dogs allowed at the fields.
There is a second field to warm-up and practice on.
The Samaritans will be present on the day.

BY CAR
● Take Lausanne Sud, first exit right and you will see the fields on your left once you come off the motorway. Parking, through the roundabout and take the first left or go around the roundabout and take your first right. You have to pay for the parking.

BY TRAIN
● Go to Lausanne station, take metro 2 to Olympic-Ouchy and then bus 24 to Sports UNIL-EPFL

● Contact details of all players, coaches and officials recorded prior to the event
● Sanitising stations will be set up at the venue
● Match balls will be sanitised regularly throughout the day
● Further information will be provided from Touch Switzerland, together with the draw / schedule

COMPETING TEAMS
● Teams are asked to bring their own sanitising spray (1 bottle per team) for their own use and are also recommended to wash hands regularly throughout the day in the changing room area
