2018/CW18 Training WO

The Women's Open team had a fantastic training day in Bern on the 05/05. We started with our favourite training buddy - The Chancellor fitness test and then moved on to practising our different driving structures/line attacks etc. The weather was fantastic and the facilities at Bern Neufeld were so good (and the staff so friendly and helpful) - we wanted to stay longer!

We rounded off the session with a game against the Swiss Men’s 40’s team where we absolutely kicked their arses (ok not quite but it was a great game - thanks for playing against us, guys). Jen was her usual calm, informative and encouraging self when taking over the coaching role for the day and it feels great to see how far we’ve come as a team.

PLUS - one of our girls, Nicole Steiner won Female MVP at the Swiss Cup the next day in Lausanne - super proud.
