Vision and Strategy

Our vision is to make Touch a cornerstone of local communities across Switzerland, empowering players, coaches, and referees to thrive at all levels in an inclusive sport that welcomes everyone, regardless of age, gender, background, or ability.

We aim to achieve this vision through five strategic pillars:

Operational Excellence
Establish efficient management of operations, including governance, policy, constitution, membership and affiliation. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and transparent financial reporting.

Marketing and Revenue Growth
Leverage member communications, social media and website to expand reach and increase engagement. Seek out new multi-year revenue streams to support spending on organizational priorities.

Women and Youth Engagement
Increase engagement through local community channels, initiatives and events across the country, with an emphasis on attracting women and young people to the sport.

Player, Coach and Referee Development
Provide clear development pathways and facilitate training courses for players, coaches, and referees, fostering skills growth across all disciplines and at all levels, from grassroots to international representation.

Competition, Pathways and Events
Develop and facilitate opportunities for participation in local, regional, national, and international competition, including the planning and implementation of an annual programme of domestic events at both regional and national level.
