Domestic Women’s and Men’s Touch

We’re excited to introduce a more structured calendar for women’s and men’s domestic touch this year. Here’s everything you need to know to get involved!

Regional Teams and Contacts

We have three regions, and each region will have its own teams and events for women’s and men’s competition. Contact us if you aren’t already in touch with your Regional Lead!

Northern Narwhals (Baden, Basel, Egg, Zurich)

  • Women’s: Basia Tou
  • Men’s: Jack Wilkinson

Central Wolves (Bern, Luzern, Uri, Zug)

  • Women’s: Nicole Steiner
  • Men’s: Raphael Zanini

Southern Salamanders (All Romandie)

  • Women’s: Erica Geneletti
  • Men’s: Stéphane Escrig

Regional Events

📅 12th or 13th April 2025 (tbc per region)
📅 Sunday 27th April 2025 (all regions)

Each region will organize its own intraregional competitions, with the exact format, locations, and days (Saturday or Sunday) to be decided and confirmed by the Regional Leads. Players can expect a minimum of 80 minutes of game time at each regional event. Players will register individually but must be a member of a Touch Switzerland club within their region.

National Women’s and Men’s Finals (Challenge Trophy)

📅 6th and/or 7th September 2025

Towards the end of the summer, each region will select players into one or more women’s and men’s teams to represent their region at the National Finals (Challenge Trophy). Team selections and any training sessions will be coordinated by the Regional Leads. The final venue and day (Saturday and/or Sunday) will be announced by Touch Switzerland as early as possible.

Festival of Touch

📅 12th – 13th July 2025

Back for its second year, Festival of Touch is two (half-)days of touch competition and an evening social event—all in a fun and relaxed environment. It’s open to all and runs independently of the regional team structure outlined above.

As with last year, players will be invited to register individually into a draft and will be assigned to teams before the competition—so anyone can join in! Look out for more information coming later in the spring.

Get ready for an exciting season. We’ll see you on the field!
